The Building Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC) of HBAGK works hard to monitor what government is doing at the local and state level to keep you informed on issues that will impact your ability to do business. It is our goal to support leaders that understand issues that affect the home building industry and oppose those leaders that would hinder our businesses. We need your help to ensure we elect leaders who support and understand business, property rights, the need for affordable housing, and the impact burdensome fees can have on homeownership. My name is Josh Sanderson and I am proudly serving as the 2023 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. The most important objective we strive to achieve as a home builder’s association is fighting any and all additional regulations that affect home building and development. So, we have to fight…..and I’m not saying money will solve the problem, but money will get us a seat at the table for us educate the powers that be, to make informed decision.
