Transplant to Knoxville, moving here 18 years ago partially due to the influence of a close friend/family who had a son on the UT football team. We had the fortunate experience to watch the Vols play in the 1999 and 2000 Fiesta Bowls and already developed a fondness for the school and the people. After our first visit to the area and Gatlinburg, we were sold! My oldest daughter went to UTC and my youngest is currently a sophomore at UT.
20 years of experience in the sales and marketing, specializing in multiple products including all digital platforms, local and national print including USA Today and Knoxville News Sentinel, targeted mail/preprints and an award winning promotions brand. Nominated for several industry awards and Tennessee Press Association winner for creative concepts. American Marketing Association board member for the 2024-2025 year. Studied at University of Utah and worked 12+ years in the hotel and hospitality industry including Marriott and Fairmont hotels before becoming a stay at home mom for a few brief but very enjoyable years.
