October 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 2008, Noon to 5:00 p.m.

Welcome to seventh year of our Multiple Site Parade of Homes™. This years Parade of Homes will offer you the opportunity to visit many new homes located in Knox, Loudon, and Roane Counties. The builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer your questions while visiting their homes.

What is the Parade of Homes™?

The 2008 Multiple Site Parade of Homes™ is a tour of new homes in Knox, Loudon, and Roane Counties. With homes in a variety of locations and price ranges, the Parade is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future, or for seeing the newest trends in the homebuilding industry.

When is the Parade of Homes™?

The Parade of Homes™ will be held on three weekends beginning October 3-5, October 10-12, and October 17-19. The homes will be open for viewing from noon to 5:00 p.m.

What is the cost?

The event is FREE to the public.

Where is the Parade of Homes™?

Locations of the 2008 Parade homes will be posted in late September. You can visit the 2007 homes by clicking the above link. Homes in the Parade are new homes and most locations have not yet been plotted on most mapping software. Please verify directions to each home and call the individual builders if you are having trouble finding them.
